What we're seeing today is the fault of every single one of us and every single person that came before us. We allowed the government to get this powerful and corrupt. We voted with a childs mentality assuming the people in Washington had our best interests in mind. We followed marching orders while the two major parties sow division in order to stay in power. We foolishy allowed our elected officials to mismanage the economy, gift themselves power, and gift themselves money. This is the government that will take our money and give themselves raises while the rest of the country is begging for a little bit of the same.
We are the ones to blame. Until we start demanding, peacefully, that they work for us and do what we want, we'll continue getting more of the same.
